1. Since when has the Goldstube München existed?

We have been a traditional family-run company in Munich for over 40 years, focusing on high-quality watches and fine jewelry.

2. Which brands do you carry?

We have an exclusive selection of luxury brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Pomellato, Piaget, Chopard and many more. We also handcraft our own jewelry.

3. Do you offer used or vintage watches?

Yes, we carry certified and refurbished luxury watches with a warranty and certificate of authenticity.

4. Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes. We design and manufacture unique pieces – from engagement rings to modern custom-made pieces. You choose the material, design, and stone setting, and we advise you personally.

5. Do you work with lab-grown diamonds at Goldstube München?

No. At our main branch, Goldstube Munich, we use only natural diamonds from responsible sources. Our lab -grown diamonds are available exclusively at our sister brand, Little Luxuries, located at Tal 18.

6. Do you use recycled gold?

Yes, sustainability is important to us. We use recycled gold or fairly sourced precious metals.

7. Do you also buy gold?

Yes. We buy scrap gold, jewelry, coins, and even dental gold. Simply bring your items to our store; our experts will appraise them transparently and fairly.

8. How does the gold purchase process work?

After the appraisal, you’ll receive an offer based on the current gold price and the condition. If you approve, we’ll pay you directly in the store.

9. Do you repair watches and jewelry?

Yes. Our watchmaking and goldsmith workshops offer repairs, overhauls, battery replacement, polishing, and refurbishment.

10. How long do repairs take?

The duration of a repair always depends on the type and complexity of the work.

Small jobs – such as changing a battery or shortening a bracelet – can often be done within a few minutes.

More extensive revisions, engravings or goldsmithing work usually take about 1 to 3 weeks .

For particularly complex or customized products, the process can take several weeks or months, depending on the complexity and material.

Our team will of course inform you about the expected duration as soon as the scope of work is determined.


11. Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes. We offer a 6-month warranty on repairs.

12. Can I order online?

Yes. You can order through our online shop at goldstube-muenchen.de and select your favorite pieces.

13. Is the shipping insured?

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured and trackable.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We supply customers worldwide and handle customs and export clearance.

15. Can I pick up my order in store?

With pleasure. Order online and pick up your goods at our store at Westenriederstraße 13.


💰 Payment & Returns

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in store.

17. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Online orders can be returned within 14 days. Custom-made items are excluded.
